The Information Technology Department oversees the creation, operation, and maintenance of the association's official website and WeChat platform. It plays a vital role in offering IT-related assistance and training, supporting members in their respective roles.

The Business Development Department fosters relationships with schools, the Chinese community, and diverse social sectors, securing resources and sponsorship to enhance the association's activities and external communications.

The Finance Department oversees the association's financial landscape, managing internal assets by allocating project budgets, safeguarding physical assets, and accounting for activity-related expenditures, ensuring effective financial management.

The Human Resources Department undertakes crucial tasks of recruiting and training Board members. It also plays an indispensable role in fostering interdepartmental communication, thereby promoting effective internal cooperation within the association.

The Marketing Department leads the charge in publicizing and branding the association's activities to the wider public. Utilizing text, imagery, and live video, it broadcasts over media platforms such as WeChat and Facebook, amplifying the association's reach and influence.
